Are the steering wheels original Audi products?
Our wheels are based on genuine Audi steering wheels but are fully customized with premium materials such as carbon, alcantara, and leather. This way, they keep the original fit and functions but gain a unique, personalized look.
Can I return my steering wheel?
Because every steering wheel is custom-made to your specifications, returns or exchanges are not possible. Please make sure to review your configuration carefully before placing your order.
What are the delivery times?
Average production and delivery times are as follows:
- Steering wheels: 3–5 weeks
- Airbag covers: 1–3 weeks
- Interior trim sets: 5–6 weeks
- Front seat side covers: 5–6 weeks
- Selector lever covers: 1–3 weeks
- Seat rear seat back covers: 5–7 weeks
Can I customize the steering wheel that I want to order?
Absolutely. Every wheel is fully customizable: materials (carbon, leather, Alcantara), stitching colors, 12 o’clock markings, shift paddles, and even heating can all be tailored to your preference. If the selected wheel does not include heating by default, you can choose this option during configuration.
Is the airbag included?
No, the leather or alcantara airbag covers shown is not included in the offer. You can reuse your current airbag or purchase a compatible one separately.
